Entrust 525100-004-S100 YMCKT Color Ribbon

On Friday I found out that I needed this item on Monday. Every other online vendor said it was either not in stock or, if it was, too late to ship for Monday arrival. I then contacted the rep from AnythingID (unfortunately I've lost his name - my apologies). He not only said they were in stock, but on his own initiative told me he would check with the warehouse on shipping the item even at that late in the afternoon and call me back. Originally when I checked the website next day shipping wasn't available. However, when he called me back he had confirmed with the warehouse it would indeed ship and also had added next day shipping as an option for the item on the website. I placed the order and it arrived on Monday just when I needed it. I feel bad that I didn't write the customer rep's name down because he deserves recognition. This is how customer service should be done.
