AnythingID offers FREE email support for AnythingID customers, as well as FREE phone support for the first 30 days after purchase. You will receive direct access to our ID experts for technical support and diagnostics on any of our ID printers or software related issues.

  • Free Email Support - Our ID experts will help you troubleshoot issues including break-fixes, basic calibration and configuration, print errors, jams, ribbon breaks, printer cleaning, software updates, and driver and firmware updates via email for the life of the product's warranty or extended warranty.
  • 30-Day Phone Support - AnythingID includes FREE 30-day phone support to give you direct access to our ID experts for technical support & diagnostics on any ID printer or software purchased from AnythingID.
  • Depot Printer Repair - If your printer ever needs to be sent in for repairs, AnythingID will facilitate the repair process (shipping and repair charges may apply).
