The HID Signo™ Reader 20 is a next-generation access control reader from HID, designed to offer flexible, secure, and future-ready solutions. It works with a wide variety of credentials, including cards, key fobs, and mobile devices, making it ideal for facilities looking to modernize or expand their security systems.
Its slim mullion-style design fits narrow door frames and supports Bluetooth® and NFC for HID Mobile Access, as well as Apple Enhanced Contactless Polling (ECP) for Apple Wallet credentials. Built with secure element hardware, it safeguards cryptographic keys while automatically optimizing read range for reliable performance.
The reader can be customized with multiple credential formats, color options, and mounting or wiring configurations to suit your facility’s needs. It also supports OSDP for secure communication and remote management, helping reduce on-site maintenance.
