The HID Signo™ PIV Mechanical Keypad Reader 40T is built for durability and reliability in harsh environments, offering a traditional mechanical keypad for applications that require tactile feedback. It’s ideal for cold or wet conditions, use with gloved hands, or low-visibility environments where ease of use is critical.
Part of the Signo PIV platform, this reader supports a wide range of credential types, including PIV, PIV-I, CAC, CIV (PIV-C), TWIC, FRAC, iCLASS®, and HID legacy credentials. Designed for high-assurance applications, it is also BAA compliant, making it suitable for government and other secure facilities.
The reader can be customized with multiple credential formats, color options, and mounting or wiring configurations to meet your installation requirements.
