The 1840-5081 FIPS 201 Approved CardProtectors™ are rigid, shielded card holders designed to protect the data on technology cards from unauthorized access. These holders safeguard personal information on contactless credit or debit cards, as well as 13.56 MHz RFID technology cards, including MIFARE, iClass, PIV, CAC, TWIC, and FRAC cards, against cloning or skimming.
Each rigid, shielded holder accommodates up to two standard CR80, 30 mil cards and includes two thumb notches for easy card removal. Made from Lexan, the holders are highly durable yet flexible, resisting cracking under normal use. The 1840-5081 badge holders can be worn vertically or horizontally and attach easily to any lanyard, badge reel, or strap clip. They accommodate cards up to 2.125" x 3.375".
